A new build full-service police station in Waterloo earning LEED Gold-certification, North Division features complex surveillance systems alongside exterior LED and in-ground lighting. The multi-use facility houses administrative spaces, high-security holding rooms, a lecture hall and a café, among other spaces.

Standout electrical components include a complex low voltage system tied to the Building Automation System, lighting systems controlled by motion sensors, and a Biometrics fingerprint security system. High impact and architectural lighting elevate the public spaces of this important community institution.
