Williams Parkway Operational Centre Phase I and II
A multi-purpose municipal centre with administrative and industrial capabilities (LEED Gold).
About the Project
A prestigious architectural project in the City of Brampton, Williams Parkway is a 20-acre operations campus responding to the city’s need for a multi-use facility with an array of working space for government employees – both in an administrative and service capacity.
Designed with highly sustainable building components, the main administrative centre has received LEED Gold distinction as well as several architectural awards, including the OAA Design Excellence Award. The corresponding works building and fleet yard powers industrial rigour at the site, featuring maintenance bays, the weather event control centre, a fuelling island and extensive storage with covered loading.
